Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Pooler

I ordered delivery from doordash from the Dickkeys BBQ in Pooler I was given no barbecue sauce, no silverware and the food was barely warm. the quality of the okra was stalking and very chewy.When I called the manager at the Pooler location, she told me that that's what you get when you order delivery and that any extras needs to be put in the comment section. I asked her if forks and barbecue sauce at a barbecue place or extras and she said no, but that is what I recommend you do. Basically, the manager told me that any food ordered by delivery, which took over an hour and was left on my porch without any notification that it was there...that if it is cold and not fresh it is because I got it delivered.I pay for regular doordash delivery, which I'm going to cancel, and I am ordering it for delivery because of my own personal reasons. I should be able to get food delivered in a timely manner that is fresh and hot. As I was speaking to the manager, she said I was yelling at her...which I was not and hung up the phone on me.This is a third time this has happened to me at this location, I will no longer be ordering from that Dickies or even possibly patronizing Dickies.There is no accountability on the manager's part for the quality of the food and apparently there's no accountability for the driver either. I would suggest that you do not order any food from Dickies in Pooler.

A month or so ago I loved the brisket meals with fried okra. The last couple of times I bought meals the okra was 1/2 the usual serving and large pieces of okra that was tough and stringy. Last week I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches and 2 fries. I got two 1/2 servings of fries with the sandwiches. The barbecue sauce was watered down also. Cost was $28 dollars. I really like their meals but like to get what I’m paying for at those prices!!!

Worst BBQ. Had the brisket. Tuff. Clean your filters smelled like fried foods when we left.Restaurant needs a good ole fashion scrub down.Didn't appreciate the plastic silverware thrown into one bin. Not wrapped individual. Nasty. BBQ sauce area needs a good cleaning. Don't get me started on the soda machine area. Wonder when the last time the nozzles were taken off and soaked?The 2 young ladies were nice and friendly. No garlic bread ..rolls?Cleanliness 1 BBQ 0 baked beans Campbell's with BBQ sauce added and hot sauce.Never again

Nice staff. Food a.ount was smaller portions and no more ice cream but higher prices.

Not all reviews are earned but this one was. $30.00 for 1 pork, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 partially cooked side of baked beans, 1 half filled side of fries, and 1 small side of Mac cheese. Summary: Overpriced, undercooked, poorly served. Searching for a better experience.
