The employees were polite and respectful. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious.
The food was horrible and not worth the money. If you'd like a real sandwich order Jersey Mikes.
Need to train the team better and the managers need to support the team until they are developed enough to run the line. So many times we go in there's new people struggling. I feel bad for them and that may be a reason they go through people so much.
4 stars bc there was only one person in there doing every single thing. did a great job on helping me out though!
