Bluff Burger Brew - Poplar Bluff

First off, this should be 2.5 stars. The Big B burger was pretty darn good, but that's where it stopped. The spicy fries were sweet and not spicy at all. The wing were average. The boss sauce was just slightly hotter than the hot sauce. The reason for the low rating is the service. Our server was more interested in getting phone numbers and talking to guys than waiting on tables. Our dirty plates sat on the table for at least 20 minutes before she finally came back over. Fix the service part and I may revise my review

I had the Fried Bologna Burger....1/3 lb. fresh ground beef with thick cut fried bologna, bacon and onions fried on a flat top, and spicy mustard. One of the better burgers I've had in a very long time. Service was outstanding and extremely friendly. Will come back anytime i'm in the area. My kinda place!!!

We dined here as a group of 11 the day after thanksgiving and called ahead just as a heads up to the kitchen and wait staff since reservations aren 't needed. When we arrived they did indeed reserve us some tables but one was a high four top, one a low four top, and the third was a large round one. Thanks? We made the best out of the situation and pulled some other tables together. I felt the service was pretty good. Drink orders were taken and delivered quickly and our waitress inquired about refills frequently. We settled on some burgers since they claim they are the best in town. On the menu it states they are cooked medium well so I asked the waitress if I could have mine cooked medium and she stated That is how they cook them . What I got was a hockey puck half the size of the bun. I will admit they were generous with the toppings but no amount could save that burger. I also ordered a side of fries in addition to the chips that came with my entrée but I was minus the chips and charged the full price for the side of fries. Several people at the table complained about how salty the food was and I would agree.I felt sorry for the family member who suggested BB and B because he was embarrassed for suggesting them and their burgers. Needless to say we will not be dining here again. On a positive note, they did have a digital jukebox and darts that we thoroughly enjoyed. I think this place is good for a few drinks with friends but I cannot recommend dinner.
