El Acapulco Authentic Mexican

We had a wonderful dining experience at an excellent price. The waitress was friendly and attentive, providing us with everything we needed.

When we arrived there, we thought that we would have a good experience and ingenious eating, but instead we had to wait for our food at an hour (possibly even more than an hour). it was hard and had sat in heat lamps. we saw people coming and going and getting their food, but ours were almost not coming. when we were waiting with the manager about the long and bad eating, she cried to us and put her hand in my friends face twice. When we came out and drove into our car, she cried to us and told us we would enter. I would have set 0 stars, but google requires that I put one. and one of our children went with us to order the children's menu (the said twelve and under) and tried to say that our child could not order from the children's menu because she was 12 and not 11 and then tried to argue that it was not 12 and below.

We enjoyed wonderful food, a great atmosphere, and delicious drinks. We tried the shrimp fajita taco salad and the chimichanga, and both were fantastic! It's very child-friendly; the staff were wonderful with our two daughters! As for parking, there is a large parking area that is easily accessible. The venue is also barrier-free, with everything on one level and wide doors.

It's decent but lacks flavor, and the service took longer than expected. We'll give another dish a try before making a final judgment—everyone can have an off day now and then.

Used to be my fave me icon cuisine in Poplar Bluff, but it's definitely went down hill...a lot. Waitress wrote down my grandma's order correctly but I guess typed in something different. Took a while to get food so grandma just ate that because we didn't wanna wait more time. When we told the waitress she said she wrote it correctly but guessed she typed in something else. You would think she would've offered us a discount but nope. They have also went up in price but went down in the amount of food they give. For 2 people to eat 2 lunch specials with issues it was way too expensive. We paid $45, didnt get an apology or discount. It wasn't bad. But it says something when the most positive thing about the meal was that the sodas were very crisp..and that's the one thing they didn't make they just order it.
