Ordered a master shake and a blast. Paid almost $12 for some plain ice cream when brought to the car hops attention she attempted to have it fixed. Not the girls fault for she just delivered the food. when she brought the ice creams back they were melted and so full of candy that it was hard to eat. The shake was so melted that it was getting everywhere, dripping from out the lid. Didn't even give us a straw or spoon to go with our ice crams. Sonic is one of my favorite places to eat but I guess the night shift don't know what they are doing. Night shift is always the worst shift of any restaurant. Something should be done about this. My next step will be to contact the owner. I've known him practically all my life. Let's do better next time.
I was charged twice for an order from the app, but instead of refunding me my money, or giving me the food that I had already paid for, they told me I had to contact support on the app and get refunded that way. Very inconvenient and not accommodating.

On this date Dec 5th at about 4:45 I ordered a #1 sandwich, no cheese. Drove home 10 miles opened the package ?cold meat patty and bun. There were 0 condiments—lettuce, tomato, mustard, pickle. Attempted to call to voice my complaint no answer, voice mail box full. Can’t leave a call back number. Very dissatisfied.
