The taste of the dishes is really excellent. The restaurant is quite simply furnished, but that's how it is in Tuscany. The owner is super friendly and also speaks English. The restaurant is only open from Friday to Sunday and is only open in the evening on Saturday. Mainly locals come here to eat. On the one hand, this speaks for the authentic cuisine and, on the other hand, it also explains the opening times. The restaurant has been mentioned several times in the Michelin Guide as an authentic restaurant. Due to the limited number of tables, you must reserve in advance. You can also pay by credit card and dogs are allowed upon request.
Visita obbligatoria una volta all'anno nonostante sia a 2 ore di distanza. Il cibo è genuino e fresco, con diversi piatti fuori menu a seconda della stagione e di ciò che offre il bosco. I tagliolini ai funghi prugnoli sono eccellenti, così come gli altri primi piatti come le pappardelle alla lepre e i tortelli integrali. La cacciagione è cucinata con maestria, consigliamo vivamente il cervo e il capriolo. I dolci fatti in casa sono freschi e saporiti. Wer authentische Toskanische sucht ist hier richtig. Es gibt auf der Karte immer nur eine kleine Auswahl an Gerichten. Geschmacklich sind die Speisen wirklich hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist recht einfach eingerichtet, aber so ist es in der Toskana nun mal. Die Inhaberin ist super freundlich und spricht auch Englisch. Geöffnet hat das Restaurant nur vom Freitags bis Sonntags, und nur am Samstag haben Sie auch am Abend geöffnet. Hauptsächlich kommen hier einheimische zum Essen. Das spricht zum einen für die Authentische Küche und zum anderen erklärt das halt auch die Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant ist mehrfach im Guide Michelin erwähnt worden als entsprechendes Authentisches Restaurant. Aufgrund der wenigen Tische muss man unbedingt vorher reservieren. Bezahlen kann man auch mit Kreditkarte und auf Anfrage sind auch Hunde erlaubt.
