Bull Island Barbecue - Poquoson

Every dish we've tried here has been fantastic. Her burgers and hand-cut fries are simply the best, and my husband always orders the BBQ egg rolls when we go! There’s always a cold beer to enjoy, along with a great view.

Always a fantastic experience! The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I went for breakfast today and tried the crab omelet sautéed in butter—absolutely amazing, with pure crab flavor! I also mentioned that I liked pancakes, but be warned: only order them if you're really hungry! If you get the chance, definitely check out this place; it's a hidden gem!

This place may seem like a hidden gem, resembling a quonset hut akin to a Korean war barracks, but don’t let its appearance fool you – the food is fantastic. The wings are a generous size, and the hamburgers are huge and full of flavor. The customer service is outstanding as well.

We went for the first time and it's safe to say we will become regulars! Loved the wings, burrito and the bbq sandwich! The owner and her team were great company. The view was beautiful. I can't say enough about this little place.

Just finished my breakfast! The home fries are on point!!! And the biscuits and gravy is so yummy!! They are open on sat and Sunday's from 7-12!! Great atmosphere!!! Y'all need to check it out!
