Burger King - Port Allen

Not so friendly. they are not really rude, but they do not smile and they do not try to make their visit pleasant. at least not at this location, and they didn't get the job right and I had to get it back to be repaired.

Bathroom are clean, but never have I ever paid so much for a shaker at the burger king. I ordered a big one and instead of telling me that they had only one size, I was charged almost $4 for an oreo shake. the cup is enough to satisfy a small child. disappointing

Dissatisfied service! Do you know why I haven't been there for years? I tried to order, was cut off three times. I ordered a meal and got only a sandwich, so I tried to order in the pickup window when I didn't get a drink or pommes. I wanted to go back to the line. to the happiness Wendy opens up over the road!

I went there to 10/14/2020 and ordered 2 children's meal and 2 dinners. and 1 of the children's meal was missing from the hamburger. when I called, I couldn't get any answer at all, nobody answered the phone. I wanted to call 20 minutes. please check their order before they leave. I should have done that.

Manager was loud and rude, customers are not her kids and should be treated with respect. Sadly she is setting up a bad example leading her team in the wrong direction.
