Couyon's Bbq - Port Allen

We found this jewel today thanks to Google Maps. It was the best food and great staff. In our group we had a meat-leaf-triger, pork, brisket, Okra, Mac n cheese and Hush puppies. It was all amazing. Besides, we had the chance to talk to the owner and he gave us some great recommendations for things to see and do while in Baton Rouge. We're coming back!

Traveling from Houston to Athens, Ga and we came across this place. God. No agony of me. I had the 3 meat plate with Okra, Mac and cheese and the saucy shrimps. I only ate the sides, but tasted everything and it was delicious.

Excellent!!! Great taste. Mouth irrigation. Inappropriate pages to do with exactly right. Service management is super friendly! Fantastic!

The service was excellent from above all the way to the guy cleaning the tables! The grill was great! The brisket melts in the mouth! I recommend if you're in the area!

The food, service, portions and price are all great. Best baked beans, baked potatoes are enormous and loaded, BBQ is great and i haven't eaten anything there that wasn't great. This place is a must try. I call ahead and place my order and when i get there i pay for it and am on my way home in just a couple minutes
