Smoothie King - Port Allen

09.02.22- I bought a smoothie this morning. They added frozen yogurt. Smoothie had great taste, but was very watery. Smoothies should be thick and creamy not watery. Smoothie Kings are just too inconsistent. Staff need training to properly prepare smoothies. Had the best smoothie I ever had this place this morning. The purchase took place between 9:30-10am. The reason I'm giving a three stars is because when I called the store to compliment and let them know how delicious the smoothie was and who made the smoothie, they refused to tell me who made the smoothie. They said they didn't know who made it. This is the most crazy thing I've ever heard of. It doesn't make sense. No, I don't give a 5-star rating for what was done.

First we went into the drive thru and no one would answer, so we went to see what was going on and they were playing on their phones instead of answering the hard drive thru. Secondly, we go in and they serve the people in the drive thru first, that was much after us. Sausage Service EVER!!

Not happy with everything first, the last few times I went there, then my app could not scan. and tried to tap my cell number, and that would not work, and this morning 4 22 I ordered a great chocolate leaner and it came to know the girl when this was a chocolate lean and she said yes now I go there exactly every day. I said they were in chocolate, they said they were done. I said thank you.

Whether you go through the Drive-Thru or visit this Smoothie King location is ALWAYS an experience. Usually it is the highlight of my Friday morning. My smoothies ALWAYS taste great! But the staff will deal with this SK. They are consistently efficient, friendly and friendly. To the owner if you? Read this... please, give them their flowers?

Smoothies are really good and I love the Caribbean Way...I was just wondering if y?all could somehow get me a free one any size but free cause I think they are to high?plus the last one I had was very watery but still good
