Turnip The Beat - Port Angeles

I was unable to sample the food at this restaurant due to their extremely limited hours of operation. Despite their posted hours stating they were open until 11PM most days, my attempts to dine there during my three-day stay in town were unsuccessful. On multiple occasions, the door was locked and people were seen eating inside. Some customers even appeared to be waiting in line for food. While there is a second entrance through the pub on the left, staff informed us that they were closed when we tried to enter.

A few vegan options but I was underwhelmed with the taste/lack of flavor. Decent size portion though

Lots of choices for vegans: bowls, wraps, pitas with many veggie and fruit options, beans, quinoa, and rice. You can create your own mix or order from the menu. The person who took our order and prepared our food was very laid back and willing to accommodate any special request. This restaurant is a gem in this area.

If you are from Oregon, you will understand what I am talking about. It is great to have vegan options available even late at night.

I entered the restaurant and found it to be empty with unimpressive service - unfriendly and unwelcoming. Fortunately, I discovered another restaurant nearby that was very welcoming, with a wide selection of vegan options.
