Good pho, tasteful broth, classic family-run restaurant.

It is a traditional pho that gives them this authentic taste. we love pho and love authentic pho. this place as they enter they already know that it will be really good! the broth is delicious, the part is very good and its house made chili sauce is unbeatable!

It's been 9 years. today. still the same great taste, speed and huge portions. a must try.

Uyens Pho Ga Location: 3708 Gulfway Dr. Port Arthur, Tx. 409 982 5191 I love good Pho (pronounce Phu). I especially love it when it is cold or cool. So today I visited Uyen 's (pronounced WIN) Restaurant a Vietnamese Cuisine in Port Arthur with my grandson. The restaurant is quite large and I noticed a lot of blue collar and refinery workers dine here. It was very clean and the young lady that waited on us was extremely nice and helpful. I ordered P39 Pho Ga the Chicken Noodle Soup. My grandson ordered spring rolls and C29 Com Bò Luc Lac Rice with cubes sized beef. Service was quite fast. My Pho was hot and the broth was clear beefy and rich. The noodles were firm and not mushy. There were large pieces of chicken meat in my bowl. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender. It was plentiful with herbs, jalapeños, basil, green onions and bean spouts. I also squeeze a bit of l lemon in my pho. Nothing you add should overwhelm your broth. They also sell tapioca drinks that i love but did not try. I enjoyed my meal and I highly recommend Uyen. They have wonderful Pho. Uyen is located at 3708 Gulfway Drive, Port Arthur.
