The pizza is good, it's your spot if you like dine out..., like it.
I've been going to Kokoye (delmas 31) since it first opened. It is a nice location, perfect to meet up with friends or get a beer after a little shopping in the stores nearby. However, they've had and still have the same problem: it takes forever to grab a waiter's attention, another lifetime for them to come take your order, an eternity to bring you the food and most of the time, I just go to their desk inside to get the bill. The food is good but quite expensive now but makes sense since everything is expensive in Haiti . With that kind of service I think Kokoye still exists only because it is in a very convenient area and there is no other restaurant of this kind close by.
The food wasn't bad. I had the double bacon cheeseburger with fries. Unfortunately they forgot the bacon and fries was extra. Wifey had the fried pork with fries and plaintains..food was not bad and be forwarned that tips are included regardless..I would visit again when I am not hungry cause they take forever to bring the food out
If you want a place to grab a quick bite during the day, that's the place to go. You can go hangout with friends or go on a casual date. The menu is rich and delicious. The only downside is the waiting, sometimes it's a bit long.
