Arby's - Port Charlotte

The restaurant typically serves delicious food, but the curly fries were cold and severely overcooked during my visit. I ended up having to discard them.

I visited the Arby's location in Port Charlotte in the early afternoon. I ordered a meal and when I started eating it halfway home, I realized that there was no sauce, napkin, or straw included, despite my requests. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by multiple people. Our cashier Jessica greeted us with a smile and took our order happily, making us feel valued. Throughout our meal, she checked in to see if we needed anything. The food was prepared exactly as we ordered, with the roast beef and turkey being fresh and warm. This was by far my best experience at Arby's. Kudos to the 1380 Tamiami Trail location! The General Manager clearly knows how to ensure return customers.

One of the best Arby’s in town Great food, service and the atmosphere is always amazing. This staff will go above and beyond for their customers and they are always willing to MAKE IT RIGHT! We love to see the beautiful smiles of all the employees. To name a few of my favorite faces are Charles, Cameron, Robert and the young lady jojo. Thank you for all that you do for Arby’s
