What I witnessed today disgusts me. I watched a woman that works there thoroughly embarrass a veteran with a service animal. This was clearly a service animal and NOT an emotional support animal. The woman working there was rude, nasty, and had zero clue what the law is. I have volunteered as a witness in the investigation against this establishment. Owners should review the footage and fire this person immediately. Disgusting.

The public humiliation of a military veteran with a medical service dog that I just experienced is disgusting. I will never come here again unless my lawsuit requires it. Please review DOJ ADA LAW and fire the woman who is a dog breeder and knows service dogs have papers and refused to give her name or the manager 's number. She also refused to look at the law as she violated my civil rights.
