Harpoon Harry's - Port Charlotte

When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, all the stands along the water were occupied, so we opted for a spot in the second row on the right side, which still offered a lovely view of the water. We ordered a shrimp basket with fries and coleslaw, as well as a cup of calamari for our appetizer. We were not disappointed with either dish. The shrimp basket came with ten beautifully cooked shrimp, delicious fries, and a small container of coleslaw. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The calamari appetizer was also quite impressive; it was a generous portion with just the right amount of breading, served hot and fresh. The marinara sauce that accompanied it was tasty as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the calamari was, especially since this place didn't seem like a high-end restaurant. Our server, Justin, did an excellent job—he was polite and attentive. Even though he was busy, he never rushed us and made sure to refill our drinks without us having to ask. The views from our table were amazing and contributed to that relaxed Florida holiday vibe. I would definitely return and order more seafood!

Be sure to try the cocktails and the gator jago, along with the wings or ro homes, while watching the boats cruise right past or even dock at the restaurant. This is a must-visit spot in Punta Gorda, and it definitely deserves its place among the top restaurants on the coast!

I was on a girls' trip for the weekend, and we decided to eat at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and I found the prices to be reasonable. I had the lobster dip and a Philly steak and cheese; the lobster dip was fantastic, and the Philly was just what I expected. I really enjoyed sitting right by the sea at our table—it was lovely. Our waiter was also charming and attentive. I would definitely go back!

This was a fun place to stay in florida. the waiter was beautiful and you could see the ozean (partly, due to the window shades)! the food was really delicious and her bathroom is beautiful. they even have a few arcade games.

Been 2 years since last visit, food is still a ten!! Service is a ten and Covid complient is a ten. Great fried clams, Gator bites and conch fritters. Cold beer good friends and fantastic food. It's 2022 and just ate here again. I live 1,000 miles away so when I'm close to here I stop. Just had the conk Stew, conk fritters and clam strips and an ice Cold Beer!! Excellent!!! Everything was excellent!! Wait staff is outstanding, food was fantastic and restaurant is very clean and atmosphere is super!! I hope to come back again one day. You like seafood? You gotta stop here and eat!!
