Olive Garden Italian - Port Charlotte

The service was fantastic. Sadly the food was not up to their usual standards.Wheelchair accessibility: My wife is in a wheelchair and had no trouble getting in.

The service was TERRIBLE! When we finally received our food the presentation was awful, scares amount of sauce on top of hard old pasta and when we asked for more sauce we didn't receive it until we were just fed up and wanted to leave. My child ordered spaghetti with meatball and of course not meatball on top. To put the cherry on top my child was up all night vomiting with diarrhea from FOOD POISONING!!

We enjoy the food at the Olive Garden and our server was excellent, but the girls at front of house were not a good advert. They continued chatting to each other and then just looked looked at us. No greeting or smiles. I asked for a table for two, l had to ask for the wait time.All three girls had sullen faces and one was slumped with her head down on her arms when we left. Maybe they had been partying the night before, but they should make the effort.

When isn't it good. One of the few places that you always get a good meal at anymore. Put a OG in Englewood please.
