Tropics - Port Charlotte

I visited this restaurant twice last week and would go more often if I could. The customer service was excellent. The three different smoothies I tried were delicious, and I'm eager to sample more! However, I deducted a star due to their use of Styrofoam; I wish they would consider more environmentally friendly materials.

The staff was prompt and friendly. The fruit drinks were excellent, with generous portion sizes and a wide variety of options, especially for healthy add-ins. I enjoy bringing my kids here after they get their braces, as they really appreciate a refreshing treat!

I absolutely love smoothies, and this place is fantastic! While there's often a long wait, the price is great for a generous 24oz smoothie. My favorite is the Bahama Mama smoothie, and the food is quite good too. The service could be improved, though—staff don't typically smile or engage in conversation, but they manage to get everything done. Overall, it's a wonderful alternative to Starbucks!
