There was a hair in the tomato soup and one of the desert plates had rubber on it. we used to be there for a happy hour and one of the drinks had a used band aid in it.

Very disappointed by the size. we were never told that they had a lunch menu and paid the full price for our meal. will never go back! bad customer relationships.

Excellent food and service! great selection of starters and main courses. something for all. the Brussel shoots are amazing! always recommend this restaurant and want to try the other standorte.

The service was bad. Our waitress disappeared to eat and then sit at a table behind us to socialize. Although other waiters tried to step up and help the damage was done. Appetizers and drinks were forgotten and a damper was put on a birthday celebration. Travelled and hour for pure disappointment. Too bad too because it was a tradition to go there but will not be going back.

I’ve been enjoying burgers here for a few years and I have never seen service like this. My wife and I had reservations for Valentines Day we were seated right away, then we waited 30 min. For the wait staff to take our drink orders. I went to the bar to get some beverages and was told they were understaffed and she would bring my drinks to my table. 15 min after that we finally ordered my steak wasn’t the was I ordered and I never got my appetizers. Not a good dining experience.
