Kfc - Port Colborne

Usually have great chicken here. we went tonight and chicken was tiny. it was also dry. probably overcooked because it was so small

Good food certain staff not so nice treated very badly at KFC port colborne will never walk back in the place

Just ordered an 8 piece with med fries and the guy was ranting and raving about record breaking sales and i got home with my son to find we only got 6 pieces....but at this point im out of time my son needs to eat and deserves to enjoy his evening not in and out of a car seat.......very frusterating when you are at the mercy of good service that it seldom comes around

In the last 6-9 months the chicken dinners have been absolutely horrible I can’t believe it just never gets any better. The chicken is of such poor quality, it tasted like it was reheated the meat was very dry with the skin being very hard. I kept trying to give them another chance but no more. On a piece of chicken the skin tasted fishy, yuk,yuk, yuk !!!!!The chicken wings are broken the breast’s are very small. I’m so very disappointed as I’ve been going there for 40 years. After talking to a couple people in our building that was also saying it was the worst dinner they ever had, I decided to send this in. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow to tell him my concerns ask if this is going to be continuing. I’m sure the chicken pieces are not of the same quality as they used to be !!!! Please do something !!!!!!!Rose
