Don’t go here!!! Spoiled cookie dough in the treat, tasted awful. In moo late they added cookie dough when it’s not supposed to be there at all! How did it happen, who knows!? And the worst part in this location is always customer service. They are mean, careless, uneducated, and simply rude. They will not get business from my family or from my friends in the area. I have given them many chances and nothing changes. The franchise owner is not doing a good job keeping this business going well, it’s horrible. The other location on Shaughnessy is awesome, always perfect orders and friendly customer service.

Very good restaurant, they have food and cheap ice cream and the cakes are the best

I love Dairy Queen but this is by far the worst location when it comes to quality. I purchased a $40 ice cream cake and the whole thing was just vanilla No chocolate!Also I got chicken strips and fries and only got 10 fries. What a joke!Definitely not returning to this location.

I picked out an ice cream cake for a friend. The staff put words on it, no charge. Loved how helpful they were.The burger was good! Didn't expect salad shreds on a lettuce-wrap burger though.Fries were good, their onion rings are better.

This place has horrible customer service. I had ordered door dash and they changed my order without my knowledge to someone I am allergic too. When I called the staff was rude and unhelpful and when I asked for manager name they refused to provide. They then went on to hang up the phone. When I called back same thing they said they can’t deal with me cause they had customers to deal with, well I am a customer as well who paid for something and didn’t get what ordered. And she proceeded to hang up again not giving managers name. Disgusting people working here don’t even know customer management skills.
