Feedback gevenYesterday, Cynnn (Cynthia) provided us with incredibly professional, friendly, and cheerful service during our meal. She truly made our day with her great attitude and clear communication skills. We highly recommend giving her a raise and recognition for her ability to maintain high spirits in what is undoubtedly a stressful environment where people rely on their caffeine fix!
The service at this location was slower than expected when making two drinks, which was understandable. However, when the manager thanked us for waiting, they also added, "We all have places to be today," which seemed inappropriate and unprofessional. It would be expected that the management would be better trained in customer interactions, especially given the longer wait time compared to the standard at other Starbucks locations.
Hands down the best deaducks experience I've ever had. the barista who worked in the lobby was a pure gem to talk to. she helped me get my souvenir cups and our drinks were perfect
Remade my drink at no extra cost even when I got it from another location!!They girl that helped me was super kind, bubbly and friendly and happy to help!!Great location ?
Never have I ever encountered a manager (or assistant manager) as personable as Maria.She dealt with an issue we had at a surrounding Starbucks and handled everything perfectly. We left super happy.Ps; the staff here are always on point and friendly, if all management is somewhat like Maria, I understand why!Thanks Maria!
