Feedback gevenNegative experience ... I was cut off while I was in the driveway, and I was told that I should go further before I could talk further. go into the window and was not even welcomed. I will finally be recognized by a guy named keaton rudest, whom I have ever met in my whole life. it was more concerned about playing on an ipad and then focused on customer service. when the guy was a manager, I suggest you fire him and quickly. I was in customer service my whole life and have never seen such terrible service from an individual. After he had tried to ask him a question, he totally ignored me and my father and it took me to raise my voice to be recognized again. After he had cleaned me away again, he went completely away and left us at the window while my order was sitting on the table. the only saving gnade this experience was the girl who took over to treat the rest of my order was super sweet.
Sadly this is our local Tim Hortons and it never fails to disappoint. Our last experience was by far the worse. We went to the drive through with 4 cars in front of us.. 4 items were not available at the time (ANY form of cold brew, chocolate chip muffins, the featured carrot cake muffin or croissants We settled for a fruit explosion muffin as it was literally the ONLY option this location had and then proceeded to wait over30 MINUTES in the drive through.. the cars in front of us all had single drink orders... each car taking 5-10 minutes to receive their drinks. One didn't even have the lid on properly and split all over the poor customer in front of us. The employees are sloppy and never told us there would be a wait let alone acknowledged us at the drive thru window as we sat boxed in for over 10 mins of silence... I am entirely baffled.ON TOP of this all every SINGLE time without a miss... this location gets your order wrong. Needs new ownership entirely. Stay away from this mess.
Ordered a roast beef craveable... They give a roast beef sandwich.... I said this doesn't look like a craveable. The worker reply's we didnt have small buns so thats the sand sandwich on a different bun... I opened it and said with lettuce and tomatoes i said i dont want want this its not what i ordered. He goes to tje back says now he cant make it cuz they don't have onions. I said then i want a refund. This isn't what i ordered... Some random worker comes over hands me a debit machine. I said i paid in cash. He said this is for your refund. I said I PAID IN CASH. I WANT MY CASH BACK. He starts working at the till. Theres some girl staring at me. I said to her why wouldn't the person on the speaker tell us you didnt have it. She replies i dont know i didnt take your order. I said okay so can you ask him. She said i could just standing and staring at me... At this point we were given refund and left. What gives them the right to choose what they give you because they dont have what you ordered. Worst tim hortons!
This place ruins my morning every time I try and go there. A 20 minute line up in the drive thru, they haven't had most donuts I ask for, they always treat me like garbage and I come home miserable after trying to get my girlfriend and I coffees
WENT TO GET SOME DRINKS AT THE IN THE DRIVE THRU AND IDK BUT MOST OF THE TIME I HEAR SORRY WHAT WAS THAT OR SORRY JUST A MOMENT PLEASE OR EITHER NO ONE PICKS UP ? WOULD GIVE 5 STARS BUT THE GUY AT THE WINDOW IS VERY HOT ALSO THE ONE OF THE GUY WHO WAS BESIDE THE GUY PASSING OUT FOOD NEEDS TO STOP GIVING THE FOOD BEFORE LETTING ME PAY I ALMOST DROVE WITHOUT PAYING
