Peet's Coffee - Port Deposit

When we struggled to make a decision, we opted for her favorite from the drinks we were considering. I'm not usually a coffee drinker, but wow! These beverages were absolutely delicious! I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha, and although I can’t quite remember what my mom got—maybe a cappuccino?—they were exactly what we needed to power through the rest of our journey. Honestly, Starbucks doesn't compare. If you find yourself in the area, don't miss the chance to stop by this gem!

I've seen some people claim that the lady is rude, but it's likely that those customers feel entitled to top-notch service without considering the circumstances. Sure, good customer service is the goal, but when a worker is on her own in the morning, around 6-7 am, and you approach her with an attitude, don't be surprised if you don't get the warmest response in return. She mentioned that my fiancé and I were kind to her, so it's clear you get back what you put out. If you're going to be rude, perhaps it's better to go somewhere else. Also, keep in mind that their menu is somewhat limited and they can't accommodate changes. For instance, their honey lavender latte wasn't available during my visit. I really hope to see that lovely lady again, who was working on July 30, 2021, between 6 and 8 am. I know I can expect excellent service from her!

I was in need of a coffee and decided to stop by to use my Peet's prepaid card. However, I was informed that they don't accept Peet's prepaid cards. They then asked for an alternative payment method, so I ended up using my credit card. If I can't use my Peet's prepaid card at a Peet's coffee shop, where else am I supposed to use it?

Very dirty working conditions. Sausage and egg sandwich was on a stale bagel and missing the egg. Heated up to the point most of the cheese melted out the edge. Coffee was good, but the mixing container for the cold brew fog looked like it was never cleaned.

I tried to order the beverage that is displayed all over the shop but the lady at the front immediately said ?no? haha also I was served an alternative drink in a coke cup? super strange
