Feedback gevenThe staff at this restaurant are extremely lazy. When I arrived, there were only a few other customers also dining. Despite this, they were seated at three different tables while three employees were busy chatting at the cash register. They completely ignored us, failing to check our MySejahtera app or vaccine status. The menus were already on each table, but it took us a long time to get their attention once we were ready to order. Compared to other Sushi King restaurants I have been to, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.
This Japanese restaurant in Regina Mall is pretty good. The food is decent, but the service could use some improvement. They offer happy hour specials on sushi from 3-6pm.
On weekdays before 6 PM, they offer a 20% discount on all menu items. This is a fantastic deal.
Atmosphere was not as it was before Covid. Food is ok.
Sushi here is substandard, not fresh and tuna is dry. we order ramen, taste horrible and the ramen was overcooked, soggy and squashy. this restaurant is lack of worker, we can see only one worker running in and out nonstop to serve all the customers.
