Port Bbq Chickens & Dave's Takeaway

This is the worst potato cake I have ever seen, it was soggy and soaked in oil. It was not even close to being appetizing. I would recommend checking the product before leaving the restaurant or just avoiding it altogether. The service and staff were good, but I wonder if the ownership of the business has changed.

We both bought fish and chips and have to say they were excellent. fantastic fish and the chips were as good as me. they go early when they go on a Monday night as they are really busy because not many restaurants.

Excellent friendly service, amazing barramundi chips! the prices were more expensive than at home, but it was the extra dollar worth for the quality, taste fresh of the food.

Popped into Dave’s takeaway a few minutes before closing on a Sunday and even at that time of evening, the friendly customer service from Dave was second to none. Ordered a variety of items for our family of four and everything was so tasty. Not...overly greasy and generous portions. The fish Barra and Red Emperor) were cooked to perfection and the tastiest we have had since been in the Port for two weeks and we have eaten at most of the popular restaurants here). Awesome, hope to come by for another easy dinner before we leave.
