A fireplace adds an extra touch of coziness and warmth to the ambiance. I will certainly return to this charming spot to sample their seafood.

Location, location, location. With this view of the ocean everything else fades away. The word shabby comes to mind when considering the restaurant and the service. For instance the mens water closet lock was broken and overall things look a bit tired, but so what. The food is good, the staff is friendly and the view is amazing so it kinda trumps everything else.

We had a fantastic experience at Barnacles, enjoying delicious food, outstanding service, and stunning views. Every moment was delightful, and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Took friends for lunch. The, not often seen Gurnard was the lunch special. Enjoyed by all. Reasonable priced and large portions. It was worth the trip, particularly for overseas visitors. You may even see a whale and dolphin
