Beershack - Port Elizabeth

With a name like Beershack, I didn't expect much variety in either drinks or food, but I was pleasantly surprised. The menu was incredibly tempting! There was an impressive selection of options for both food and drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out. While the service can be a bit slow when it comes to getting the server's attention, the kitchen more than compensates for this with a remarkably quick turnaround time for meals.

This is the ideal spot to enjoy a cold beer on a hot summer day. If you snag a table by the roadside, you'll be able to sit and gaze at the ocean for hours. They offer an extensive selection of drinks on tap, featuring local craft beers alongside some SAB options. I tried a cocktail, and it was absolutely delicious. However, the restrooms could use some improvement, and there's an unusual mural near them with a quote that seems to promote drinking and driving, which isn't appropriate for a bar that should be advocating for responsible drinking and driving. Just my two cents.

Chilled vibe. Great pub food. Beautiful setting across from the beach. A place where you could happily spend a lazy afternoon

A lively place with a good atmosphere. Depending on the day, there are different predominant age groups that attend. Was recently there on a week night with a good mix of people. Nice selection of drinks but not all the beers are always available. Happy hour is from 5-6pm. One of the few options left for a more lively night out in PE

Really average. For the young adults. Cocktails are super sweet but the service is excellent and very friendly. They are catering for a certain age group and that is fantastic but I will not visit here ate night. All in all a really good experience
