Nando's - Port Elizabeth

I visited the drive-thru yesterday and ordered a pulled chicken veggie bowl and two drinks. When we reached the collection window, we received the bowl but were asked to park and wait for our drinks. I inquired about the wait time as I had experienced long delays in the past, and was told it would be 6 minutes due to a high volume of drink orders. However, upon looking inside the restaurant, I noticed there were very few customers. I decided to request a refund, but as soon as I did, our drinks were handed to us in less than a minute. This experience was disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy visiting Nando's. Despite this incident, Nando's Cape Rd remains my favorite branch for consistently good food quality. Personally, I find the food quality and quantity to be better when dining in rather than ordering takeaway.

The service at this restaurant is quick, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is delightful. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy a meal with your family. Two thumbs up!

I really like Nando's because they always serve delicious food. My only complaint is that I wish they had a more comprehensive menu. It can be hard to see all their options just by looking at the posters on display. For example, when I ordered wraps, I couldn't see all the available options on the board. I was also offered dessert, but it wasn't on the menu either. Despite this, I have no complaints about the quality of the food itself.
