The Ombibulous Project - PORT FAIRY

This is the best bar in Port Fairy! The staff and owner are incredible, serving all drinks with such passion. The selection of beverages is wonderfully diverse. There’s sunny outdoor seating as well as the coziest cabins inside. Did I mention how great the staff is?

On the evening of November 11, we visited Damon again for a fun night out. I attempted to recreate their take on the Dark 'n' Stormy cocktail that they served that night, but I wasn't very successful, even though I love experimenting! Damon is a fantastic and engaging host, and Debi and I are so glad we discovered this place. After the floods, we are back safely in Deni and ready to enjoy our time!

The cocktails are incredible! The owner clearly has a passion for his craft, and it shows in every drink. Each cocktail is a delightful experience.

Where do I start? if they like perfectly balanced drinks, soothing beats, great workers banter, beautifully decorated places or smooth ambiente, then this is a place to go. we tried the first two cocktails and the charcuterie with meat salad and loved each piece of it.

My partner and I had a lovely time here. Delicious drinks and amazing host. It is so refreshing to meet someone who is passionate about their profession. A must do in Port Fairy.
