Ont Express - Port Hope Canada

This might be the worst Onroute. It used to be quite good bit in the past year or two it has really declined. The Tims is awful. The staff is mostly kids fooling about on their cell phones or giggling to each other in the corner and not taking/filling orders. The new ordering kiosks in the Onroute are a perfect example of Just because you can do something doesn 't mean you should you can 't pay a cashier anymore (and maybe ask a question) you are forced to order from a tap screen kiosk only.

All of the enroute locations have changed the way you can order food through a stupid terminal. You could wait 20 minutes for a terminal in another 25 or 30 minutes to actually get your food. I don't know which idiot decided to take away the cashier. until they put them back I don't stop at these locations anymore.

Could not believe how slow the service was. We used the kiosk to enter our order and then waited about 40 minutes before our number was called. There were a few instances where numbers were called more than once then the packages were taken to the back. I am not sure if people got fed up and left without the food they had already paid for. I was absolutely unimpressed with this visit. I think we will give this place a wide berth the next time by. The brands represented at this location (restaurants) are all owned by the same company that needs to better manage this location.

This is regards to the customer service at the ON Market at the East bound Port Hope ON Route. The cashier was rude when my husband purchased lottery tickets and requested the receipt for his 649 and Lotto Max tickets....she actually refused to give him the receipt off the lottery machine....she was very rude about or. There was a second cashier there playing on her phone, I heard her tell the one that sold my husband the tickets that she just laughs at assholes Like that . Clearly not caring about being heard. Should be ashamed....he only request a receipt of his purchase.

Busy, overpriced but worst of all, no sanitary products in the ladies? Buy at the Market . Do better.
