Mandarin House - Port Hueneme

I don't know if we had a new cook or what. But our food didn't look like any of the pics. We got fried rice and didn't have any if the usual egg ,peas and carrots in it. Was basically white rice and soy sauce. We got sweet and sour pork but they were very light on the sauce and all the pork was dry tasting. Some didn't have sauce on it at all.

Food is always amazing and fresh. I have been coming here for over 40 years.

Food was good, friendly staff. Spicy garlic chicken was delisious. Only complaint was soda water made by local tapwater.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is fantastic. The staff are great. Call ahead for the Peking duck.

First I've went just today....And it feels like a traditional Chinese restaurant especially running as long as 1980 which really compliments the meals here. Will come back for more ?? 谢谢!
