Suchi Ichiban - Port Hueneme

Good sushi. Depending on what you order, it can be good or great. I love her tuna sushi roles. Sashimi was okay.

My new favorite sushi connection. We are surrounded by excellent sushi restaurants in this region, but the neighborhood atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent sushi at reasonable prices makes this my number one. I am a special fan of lunch speciality that varies, but is always an excellent blend of nitrili and sashimi.

Best Sushi Restaurant I've been there before. Not only the sushi is delicious, but the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They take care of their service. I went there and the next time I came back, they remembered me... a week later! It'll be my sushi spot forever. Just to catch someone who wants to eat during dinner, PACKED gets it!

I thought it was pretty good. We went to a Wed night and the place was empty. You're busy at lunchtime because of the base. felt bad for the place for how empty it was, but the sushi and sashimi was good. We ordered a Sashimi Dinner Plate sampler and a baked yellow Flo tuna reel that we shared. The tuna was slightly baked for a hint of cripple, I liked it a lot. I'll go back.

Good sushi and hand rolls. Not a ton of variety in the special roll department but they ones I've had have been very good. The prices are reasonable and good service.
