Tim Hortons - Port Huron

There is nothing better than a good Tim's coffee and a ten pack of Timbits. Friendly staff, typical fun Tim's decor, store was clean. Oh and for the record Tim's in Canada is MUCH better than the Tim's in the States!

They didn't add the vanilla to a London fog. Refused to replace it when we drove back because husband chugged it-realized, I tried it and confirmed it was missing vanilla- they refused to replace as it was less than 1/3 gone.Then couldn't tell us the managers name or they phone number to the store for us to call later.

Great food and great staff. The girl on the counter always has a smile. Thankyou.

Ordered 10 Smile Cookies plus two separate in a bag that I gave to a lady sitting alone at a table.They were all 10 shoved in a bag! What a mess! I asked for them to be put in a box. They were dumped in a box. By the time I got them they weren't very Smiley and were blind with no eyes. Not very happy!

Its like the usual Tim Hortons but I have to say that the staff is really friendly. Yesterday I ordered a veg wrap but they accidentally gave me chicken. First I was very angry, but then I did go there and tell them about it. They were sorry for that and then they offered me a veg wrap for free. That’s what we call a good customer service.Vegetarian options: I recommend veg wrap it’s really good.
