Hotel du Port - Port-la-Nouvelle

My title says everything. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. We will definitely return.

Well, this is the first time I was offered and eaten, razor! The food was good, the service fine, the price VERY acceptable. The only reason to give four stars instead of five is the decor of the place. To English eyes it comes over... as a street eater, instead of restaurant attached to a hotel. No matter: Don't let yourself be distracted by appearances.

Great dinner based on fish, cheap, nice people, very popular, a lot of noise and fun. We slept there. Romms can improve but was very cheap We expend nice night in our trip on the area!

We ate there with our family on a weekend day in full summer. There were tourists as well many locals in the restaurant. The decoration/interior of the restaurant is unpretentious and breaths the atmosphere of a fish restaurant (e.g. fishing nets on the walls etc. ...We had the menu with a seafood collection for starters, fish of the day (bought at the market the same day and creme brullee and a tarte for desert. The flavours were excellent, full enjoyment during the whole dinner. For our young children, the menu consisted of tasty fish fillet. Prices were very reasonble (in total around 75 euro's for the fourth of us, including drinks . A plus point is furthermore the pleasant service (including the English explanation, although we speak some French . The restaurant has a sort of terrace in a kind of plastic tent and is not located on the main boulevard, however this attributes to the genuine ambiance (compared to the tourist-orientated restaurants on the main boulevard .

Hidden at the far end of the harbor, a very nice and pleasant restaurant with a choice of several menus (the cheapest one costs €13.50). Very clean, lots of locals, charming waitresses, unpretentious atmosphere and very good fish and seafood. We will definitely go back.
