Dairy Queen - Port Lavaca

The food was a disappointment as was the service. Over 45 minutes to get our To-Go order of “Alaskan Pollock” plain frozen locally bought fish fillets), a fried instead of grilled chicken nugget salad with 4 tiny pieces of over-fried nuggets) and equally over-fried 6 pc chicken fingers. We came recently on a week night, and since it was already late, we did not return to the eatery. Next day, I did return to air my disappointment. No one wanted to listen, as the manager was much too busy to talk to me.Please save yourself a trip to Port L DQ. Try Whataburger or Burger King instead for greasy fast food. This is definitely not “what I Love about Texas.”

Customers are always right when they let you know what the want or not want on their burger. Didn't happen to me but I watch a customer as she was trying to explain and the lady behind the counter was argumentive with her! Never should of questioned it. Just exchange it with a smile and apologize.
