Mcdonald's - Port Lavaca

It's okay, but they take a long time for a fast eating place.

This McDonald's is consistently one of the slowest. The service is very hit or miss. Some of the employees are absolutely lovely, but most are quite unfriendly. Today, my fries tasted old and stale. The chicken breast on my sandwich was so burned I couldn't eat it. The bun was hard, stale, and burned, and the lettuce tasted dirty and soggy. It seemed like it had been made much earlier and kept in a warmer. I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this. :

Order was wrong. I was missing fries happy meal toys. I had to go back inside to get it even THAT took a long time. This McDonald's sucks

It has its likes and dislikes. Somedays they are fast at getting your order out and theres days where they are just slow. And whats up with the icecream machine its always down

Arrived at restaurant at 4:10 pm on a Saturday, door locked. Website states lobby is open until 1:00 am, door sign says 8:00 pm. No sign indicating lobby is closed. Very clearly false advertising, or at the very least, poor customer service, and or poor training on how to inform your customers of such a basic piece of information.
