He also mistreats other staff members and deceives customers. Brian Hancock, the owner of Ryan's Bakery, will soon face consequences for his actions.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The place felt dirty and disorganised, making it hard to see the selections. I ended up purchasing a slice of cake and a small coffee, but unfortunately the cake was old and stale, and both items were overpriced. The coffee was below average in quality. Additionally, the person serving me was very rude and unhelpful, as if doing her job was a burden. I regret making these purchases and will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I would not recommend this restaurant due to the presence of roaches crawling on coffee cups, moldy food left out, and unprofessional behavior towards employees. Additionally, leaving out bread all night to go stale is not acceptable. Overall, the experience was unsanitary and I would advise against dining here unless you want to risk getting sick.
Bacon and egg roll bacon was mostly fat and undercooked, the plain meat pies had a very strong pepper flavour, the coffee was undrinkable. The staff need some training on how to make coffees and in customer service. They were not friendly or welcoming.
No multinational prices here. 2 B&E rolls and 2 coffees for under $20. Plus a free loaf of bread for spending 10. Apart fro. The excellent value there was a high chair for the toddler and great service. What more could one ask for
