Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Port Moody

This yogurt shop is self-service, allowing customers to add their own toppings. Payments are made to a staff member in the back and the prices are quite high. How does this place stay in business? Who even goes there in the winter?

We love frozen yogurt! However, the yogurt served at this place tasted like it was made with watered-down skim milk. The Oreo flavor had a bland, diluted chocolate milk taste, as did the caramel. The Greek yogurt was stale and had no flavor. We paid $16.00 for two medium-sized cups without any toppings, which we found to be overpriced. We recommend going to Rocky Point Ice Cream instead.

The restaurant had filthy floors, with spilled and melted yogurt and dirty spoons for toppings. The area around their cooler was incredibly dirty, and the young girls working there were uninterested, rude, and unhelpful. I and 9 other customers stood at the front for 5 minutes without any employees in sight at multiple locations. The self-serve yogurt was the worst I've ever had. I will never return.

Menchie is the same everywhere you go, and that's not an exception. they will have many flavors from which most are very good, and endless toppings. expect to spend at least 6$7 for 1/3 of a cup and don't go...in 10 minutes before the closure, as the teamworkers have already switched off and let them go. other than that, delicious and comfortable.

Friendly service, horrible yogurt ice creams. I never tasted such a sweet artificial flavour. They became famous because Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, but that 's it. Portions are huge and good to gain a lot fat on your body. No yogurt flavour at all.
