I arrived at 10:50 PM on Tuesday, but the employees wouldn't let me in, claiming they were closed. However, the sign and Google both state they close at 11 PM. This was the worst customer service I've experienced, especially as a tourist. This place really should reconsider its hours, as it seems they don't care about attracting customers.

The flavors here are exceptional and unlike anything you'll find in grocery stores. You have the option to choose from a traditional accompaniment style (cone or cup), or indulge in freshly baked cookies, brownies, and other delicious baked treats.

The ice cream is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired! There’s a lack of consistency in their portions, and they often run out of popular items.

Last Saturday, I tried to buy ice cream at 11:57 PM, but the door was already closed, and the cashier was counting the register, as noted by the security guard. I gestured to my watch to indicate that it wasn't yet midnight, but they acted as if I wasn't there. My question is: why was the door closed before the official closing time? This is a clear example of poor customer service.

The service was poor, and the attitude displayed was absolutely unacceptable.
