Mountain Pride Chocolate

On Sunday, after making a reservation (for 9am my family and I were made to stand outside in the hot sun because the place was full, we were then seated outside and asked our lovely server to clean off the seating area (two counts of bird mess were found . Luckily we were able to be seated inside in the AC eventually after asking, we placed our orders and waited until we got our foods/drinks (we got our orders starting after 11am (2+ hours after additionally the food all came at different times for each of us, one of which was not hot the best tasting thing was the hot chocolate and the smoothie (we each ordered different smoothies based on our tastes but then were told we had to choose one so it could be quickly made and shared among our group . The food was not worth the 2 plus hour wait, especially after we 'd previously made a reservation. I do not blame staff, I blame management... do better and be better prepared for whoever decides to visit your establishment (not me ever again... but of course others will visit . Thanks!

Nice environment but service took really long.The server was pleasant though.Really need to improve on responsiveness.Alot of potential untapped.

Excellent spot for brunch with a relaxing atmosphere and kind, courteous staff. The cold mocha chocolate was amazing!

Servers were friendly and efficient. The environment is green, peaceful and relaxing. However my chicken alfredo was missing the chicken as well as the garlic bread that the meal was supposed to come with. When they brought the chicken it was hard and overcooked with no colour as well as being a miserly portion of protein. My girlfriend's omelette was missing a lot of salt as well as having very little cheese. The chocolate drinks we had were very tasty but lukewarm in temperature. In general this establishment has very good reviews so perhaps it was an off day for them. The bathrooms also need some sprucing up.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress serving us seemed unfamiliar with the menu. After taking our order, she had to check it at least three times and still got it wrong! We waited about 30 to 45 minutes for our food, which felt like a long time. This was our first visit, and it will likely be our last.
