The new garlic guajillo steak bowl was delicious for dinner tonight?
I paid $22 for a steak burrito dish, extra meat and guac. paid $6.65 (unexpected) for extra the steak and the amount looked easy. as it sounds, I came home and weighed the meat in a “whopping” 5,31oz, if each portion should be 4oz. this is my fourth time when I have this problem, the administration does nothing to correct it. disappointment, because I really like to eat her, I am not over paying and under standing here again served.
This is the third time in a row that our mobile pick up order as been messed up in one way or another. It's ridiculous at this point. These workers are given a printed out receipt to go off of and they still get it wrong . These workers should be trained to double check bags. First we got the wrong salsa for a bag of chips, the next time was they put the wrong salsa on our burrito bowl. This time they forgot both quest dips which I paid $2 more for two of them. Workers these days are so lazy.
Usually, I get alright service from this chipotle. However, tonight was completely different. The service just trumped all else, it was really bad. The cashier was outputting their annoyance to the customer in front of me, me, and the one behind me! I was trying to figure out what had them so upset. They threw my food in the bag, just like the customer before me. I had a large guacamole side with a huge peice of lettuce hanging off the side. It was larger than the container itself. The cashier looked at it, rolled his eyes, and put it in the bag. The lid wasn't even on it correctly. That was something so easy to fix! It shouldn't have made it past two employees to my bag. All of these things make me give this 2-star rating.
