Feedback gevenWe frequently place orders through text, and on May 13th, we picked up our order at 5:15 (order number 1000067). Unfortunately, the brownie we ordered was missing, and my partner did not go back to get it. Overall, I would rate this experience a 3 out of 5.
I had a fantastic experience with their subs, and the service was incredibly friendly. Even though it was busy, the staff worked efficiently to keep the line moving. The only downside was the app, which is supposed to track transactions and collect points. I visited twice and still haven't earned any points, but that seems to be an issue with the app rather than this location. Overall, a great place!
I ordered a couple of subs for lunch the other day. I called in my order and picked them up. Everything was made perfectly, and the staff members were all friendly. I will definitely be returning soon!
I love firehouse subs salads. My salad was not made properly (put my salad request on mu husband's sub and his sub request on my salad. A few polite employees an a few who gave off the feeling that they didn't like their job.
Firehouse subs is a little hard to find without a GPS but has very good food. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long to receive the order. Comparable priced. Offers carry out, pick up, and eat in.
