Burger King - Port Richey

Attentive staff, food was freshly made and the store was clean.

Clean inside but they forgot part of my oder, very pleasant on drive thru but I requested a soft serve cone with chocolate topping and was told they could not do this. When I went inside I noticed an employee making a soft serve beverage with chocolate topping so I'm confused at to why I was denied this item. I was inconvenienced and lied to. I expected better burger king ?

We ordered two Whoppers two fries and two Cokes.The Whoppers were slopped together and the tomatoes still have their core. The french fries looked like they had been there all day. And tasted like it too so we went back through the drive-thru and I told them that they should be ashamed to send fries like that out. But they remade them and gave us some fresh ones.So the best thing about our meal was the cokes. The girl with the pink hair was nice.

Regular cheese burger is better than other fast food reg. Cheese burgers.

I can’t give better stars then this at this location because of the terrible service I have had here in the past. However I can say that this particular time the food was better and the service was getting better. In the recent past this particular Place was terrible and customer service was horrible and the food was not up to par as far as I am concerned. But like I said I think that it is getting better with better employees then a few months ago and better customer service. I will give them a try a few more times just to make sure before I give them a better review. As for now all I can say is they are getting better. The Impossible Burger was really good this time!
