Carvel Express - Port Saint Lucie

Family favorite place for desserts. Everything is alwasy as expected, friendly staff, only downside is how tiny the store is.

This was my first time at this location and had bad customer service. I am not one to complain however, We came into the store at 8:20 pm. They had the hard ice cream freezer shut down due to almost “closing” and was not able to order any hard serve ice cream. We then changed all of our orders to Soft serve, and we were greeted with annoyance about it.

Thank you so much you guys were closed when I go there but still helped me and was able to get my son cake thanks so much.

People were very nice, but the ice cream was just meh, quite tasteless. Three different flavors we had, all just tasted like cold cream with barely any flavor. There are so many other options with better ice cream nowadays. Won’t go back.

A worker here named Andrew is here almost everytime I come and is always nothing but nice and makes up a mean ice cream too ? great experience
