Feedback gevenI asked about the parm garlic sauce, how to burn red heart and they gave me red sauce. I have this as a pick-up on the way to work, so they can imagine my disappointment. I had no time to ask her to regain it when I had to come to work. I'm a dinner now. I also wanted to try the garlic sauce. doordash gave me 2.50 cents on a $8.28 order that I couldn't even eat. I wish I could give 0 stars to a place they don't even know it's there. no signs on the road.
The wrong pizza. as far as I'm concerned, pizza hut should only make one kind of pizza. I like their pizza in the pan, no fan of another pizza they make, and I command from them because their delivery in the rule is fast. last night I ordered pizza. shortly after my order I received a text that my pizza was delivered by door dash. I didn't want to door that. I had less than stellar interactions with door dash. strike one. So knowing that my pizza would not be the usual fast delivery, it was already working in the, so ok. When my food was delivered, I open the box and not what I had ordered. I paid a dollar extra for 2 pan pizzas and I got a pizza that wasn't what I ordered was warm, not hot. the brownie was good.
The restaurant is located at 1014 SE Port Saint Lucie Blvd and I had to try 7 times to place an order. The last time, it seemed like I was transferred to a fax machine. I had to resort to ordering online and then had to provide detailed instructions to my delivery person from a third party company. The delivery driver told me that there were two teenagers working there who were not answering the phone. When I complained to a female worker about being hung up on multiple times and receiving the wrong food, I was told it would take another 15 minutes to correct the order. I was concerned that they might tamper with the food, so I decided to accept what they had (which was not what I ordered) and just informed the delivery service. The driver showed me a picture of the incorrect order. This was a terrible experience. I recommend that they hire polite and responsible adults to work at the restaurant. According to my delivery person, this is a recurring issue with this particular business.
On my birthday today, I spent $35 at a restaurant and it was the worst experience ever. The pizza was undercooked and soggy, and the cinnamon rolls were unimpressive. I had to drive all the way to St. Lucie West to pick up the food, only to find it inedible when I got home. When I called the manager, they offered to replace the pizza another day, but I just wanted a refund so I could eat elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars, I would. First, they delivered my food to the wrong address. When I tried to contact them, I was put on hold and hung up on for 2 hours. I ordered at 8pm. When I drove to the store, the lady working, who was supposed to be a supervisor, had no manners or respect. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. When I asked for a refund, she refused and said the only thing she could offer was a store credit. When I mentioned that other establishments give refunds when paying with a card, she insisted it was only a store credit. When I refused to leave, she called the manager who threatened to call the police. Eventually, I got my money back at 12pm after explaining the situation to the police. I was then asked to leave and threatened with a restraint order, despite not being violent. The address is 1014 SE Port St Lucie Blvd #7. I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut and will not be ordering from there in the future.
