The vibe is good and people are very friendly even their staff including their security personnel. Food was great. I enjoyed my self and thanks to their security for not giving a good hiding to my girlfriend who was so drunk she thought she owned everything and was demanding

This is really a nice place in a perfect location. The setting is great, the vibe and the meat is tasty and tender. However, the staff is going to be the downfall of this place. In my entire life I have never come across to a place where everyone is so unfriendly. It's like they don't have your time as a customer. They don't great and if you great them they don't respond, and if they do they will respond while walking away from you. You have to make sure that you call someone in order to be attended to. They bring menus and leave them on the table without saying anything to you. You have to ask questions all the time of which you get unsatisfactory answers. They always seem to be rushing somewhere. It was worse when one of them was cleaning preparing to close and she was dragging the tables with the chairs on top which was make some very irritating noise. The chairs were falling as it they are breaking and she would continue the game of pulling and pushing with complete disregard of the customers. I even felt as if she was trying to chase us away. To top it up the waitress charged our card R180.00 instead of R118.00. She said she thought it was indeed R180.00. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it's a disappointment.i
