Feedback gevenTerrible service and maintenance of anna. I paid extra heel milk and they gave me no. the workers have no customer service skills here. I was not recommended at many Dunkin’s, but never again come to this place.
Tuesday morning, just before the midday I will get to the trip. ordered wurstei n käsesandwich with hash brown tomato and a sm coffee. have less than 5 minutes after home and the sandwich is already cold and the hash brown were all soggy and cold and burned at the edges. the only thing she got right was the coffee. Almost $9. such a waste of money! employees were busy chatting.
The pumpkin latte was excellent, but the breakfast package contained burnt speck that was inedible. Additionally, the price was different from what was displayed on the screen. The staff member did not seem interested in resolving the issue.
For class number 336686, I am a regular customer who visits several times a week in the evenings. The staff is always very nice to me, but I notice that they often seem understaffed at night. Even when it's busy, there are only two people at the counter managing both dine-in and drive-thru customers, as well as closing the register.
I'm puzzled by the appeal of Dunkin' Donuts. The donuts are just average, the coffee isn't anything special, and the staff seems perpetually irritated by your presence. I'm not quite sure what prompted me to stop in, but I hope it’s at least ten years before I do so again.
