Worst customer service! unbelievable! refused to give a refund when it was 100000% their fault!! ordered an all white cheese pizza, no toppings and pepperoni rolls, only received the pepperoni order correctly received a white cheese pizza with broccoli and chicken! doordash even stated that the restaurant was refusing to give a refund and that we had to call them. so we did, and the manager said that he would not give a refund and if we wanted a pizza we had to come get it???? no we live 2 miles from you, you should fix your f*ck up! horrible horrible horrible service! you suck!!!!

I wish they would follow directions. I only wanted toppings on half of the pizza and they put it on the whole pizza. I was not happy with that. However the food was good and everyone enjoyed it.

I’m confident any negative reviews have nothing to do with the quality of Fratelli’s pizza. Yes, calling the store is best when ordering, and if you rely on a delivery service…you’re at the mercy of the delivery service. (EDIT: my sister and I ordered through Uber Eats today and the delivery was handled personally by the store!!! It came fast and hot! Go through Uber Eats for delivery! We’ve dined in twice now and have only had GREAT service. Go to the counter and order. They’re great people and wonderful hosts!Tonight we enjoyed our favorite:Peppadew peppers on pizza will change your life. This place ? lives up to its reputation. Outstanding pizza ?
