Feedback gevenBEWARE. If you run into any issues, they will keep your money. On September 11th, I placed an order at this restaurant. They messed up the order and tried to overcharge me. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but they only gave me a receipt that didn't show the credit. When I checked my bank statement on October 13th, there was still no refund. After a lengthy phone call with the Manager John, who was courteous, it was clear that I never received my money back. Despite promises to investigate further, the owner has failed to resolve the issue in over a month. I refrained from leaving a negative review initially, but the lack of action has left me no choice. It's disappointing that they prioritize money over customer satisfaction. Beware of this restaurant.
I ordered a sandwich 45 minutes ago and called to inquire about the status of my order. The person who answered the phone did not provide any information when I mentioned the wait time. I asked if my sandwich was on its way, as I live nearby. When I asked if this was a common occurrence, the person remained silent. After pressing for an answer, they admitted that they were short on delivery drivers and abruptly ended the call. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, as their lack of customer care is evident. Despite waiting for an hour, I have yet to receive my sandwich.
I encountered a very rude and impatient older lady at this restaurant. Because of her behavior, I will not be returning to this location. While a young gentleman at the counter was trying to assist me, she rudely interrupted by looking over his shoulder and asking what I wanted. This behavior was uncalled for and left a negative impression on me.
I spoke with James today who informed me that they wouldn 't deliver to my house which is 2.6 miles from the store. No problem , I will order it to go. James had other ideas and decided that the conversation was done and hung up. I called back and wasgreeted with a sarcastic Yeah? . You guessed it...it was my new friend James again delivering oh so great customer service. Iasked why he hung up on me, to which he replied the conversation was over, what did you want... To place an order to-go? andthen he hung up on me again. To respond to your question, James... At this point no, I will not trust you to make food for me.Not now, not ever. Please find other employment where you do not interact with the public.
Didn't put any seasoning on my sandwich ? then that evening the pain started boom? stomach virus.
